The firm defended On Target Technology, Inc. and its officers in the Delaware Court of Chancery in a dispute over control of a jointly-owned subsidiary in possession of valuable technology. After trial of the action Vice-Chancellor Steele (now Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware) dismissed all claims against the firm's clients.
